All Exceptions view
Presents all exceptions in a sortable and filterable list.
Exception details | Click an exception row to see more detailed information about the exception. |
Accepting an exception | Set the status dropdown to Accepted for the exception if: it is not indicative of fraud it was previously flagged, and is now resolved

Flagging an exception | Set the status dropdown to Flagged for the exception if: you unsure if it is indicative of fraud there is an issue with the underlying record(s) that needs to be resolved

Bulk status assignment | Checking one or more checkboxes will show a Bulk update dropdown at the top of the list. Use this dropdown to apply a status to all checked off exceptions |
Filtering
Filter [+] | Toggles the filter panel |
Filter Text | Limits exceptions to those where the control name or primary output record contains the supplied text |
Status | Limits exceptions to the selected exception Status |
Control Group | Limits exceptions to the selected Control Group |
Control | Limits exceptions to the selected Control name |
Start Date | Limits exceptions to those where the first time the exception was reported is greater than the supplied Start date |
Start Date | Limits exceptions to those where the first time the exception was reported is less than the supplied End date |
Sort Field | Sorts the list of exceptions by the selected field. You can also click the column headings to sort the list |
Sort Direction | Sorts the list of exceptions by the specified direction, given the currently applied sort field. You can also click the column headings to change the sort direction |
Resetting Filter | Click the reset link to remove any applied filters |
