Exception Resolution Wizard
Here are a few tips for the Exceptions Resolution Wizard.
For each exception alert that needs your attention, you will be asked a series of questions to help you determine whether or not the underlying record is legitimate or not.
 | Simply answer Yes or No to the displayed question (or Not Sure, if applicable). |
 | If you wish to forego the questions for a particular exception alert, you can directly Accept or Flag it by clicking the buttons in the bottom toolbar. |
 | If you wish to delay action for an exception alert, click the Skip button. You will not be presented the exception alert in question for another 24 hours. |
